The Plots option in NetSim provides plots related to link and application throughput at the end of the simulation. The links and applications for which plots are provided are based on whatever links and applications are selected while enabling plots. By default, Plots will provide links and application throughput plots for all links and applications.

If the user adds any link or application after enabling plots, Throughput plots will be provided only for those links and applications which were established before enabling plots. For those links and applications configured after enabling plots will not be available in the results window.
To obtain plots for all the links and applications users can go back to the network scenario and enable plots for all links and applications.
