The peer to peer application in NetSim has the following properties:
Peer count - Number of 'receivers' of the file
Peer ID - The node IDs of the receivers, separated by a comma
Seeder count - Number of 'senders' of the file
Seeder D - The node IDs of the senders, separated by a comma
File size - Total size of file being sent from 'senders' to 'receivers'
Piece size - The file will be broken up into pieces and pieces can be sent from a randomly selected Seeder - Peer combination
The goal is for the peer to receive all the pieces of a file.
