In NetSim the SDN Clients/Open flow switches do not maintain a dedicated flow table. Instead, if the SDN controller passes commands to modify the route table entries, static route entries get added to the client's IP Forwarding table.
The route entries modified, can be viewed using the route print command in the device console or in the results dashboard after the simulation.
For example, if commands are executed in the controller to add new routes in one of the clients, then it will be displayed as a "static" route entry in its IP Forwarding Table. In this case, the route entries in the IP Forwarding Table are similar to Flow Table entries and provides the user with the details of flow entries that are sent by the controller using the Open Flow protocol.
