What is the error message I am encountering?

What causes this error? 

This issue is due to Windows regional settings when you have the language set to other than United States.


How can I fix this error through Windows settings?

We recommend you to change the 
  • Decimal point from ',' to '.'
  • List Separator from '.' to ','

Steps to Change Regional Settings in Windows

  1. Open the Control Panel:
    • Press Win + R, type control, and press Enter.
    • Alternatively, search for "Control Panel" in the Start menu.
  2. Go to Region settings:
    • In the Control Panel, click on "Clock and Region".
    • Then click on "Region".
  3. Modify the Formats:
    • In the "Region" dialog box, go to the "Formats" tab.
    • Click on the "Additional settings..." button.
  4. Change Decimal Symbol and List Separator:
    • In the "Customize Format" dialog that opens, find the "Decimal symbol" field and change it to ..
    • Find the "List separator" field and change it to ,.
    • Click "Apply" and then "OK".
  5. Apply the changes:
    • Click "Apply" and then "OK" in the "Region" dialog box.
  6. Restart NetSim for the changes to take effect.
