What causes this error?
This issue is due to Windows regional settings when you have the language set to other than United States.
How can I fix this error through Windows settings?
We recommend you to change the
- Decimal point from ',' to '.'
- List Separator from '.' to ','
Steps to Change Regional Settings in Windows
- Open the Control Panel:
- Press
Win + R

, and press Enter. - Alternatively, search for "Control Panel" in the Start menu.
- Press
- Go to Region settings:
- In the Control Panel, click on "Clock and Region".
- Then click on "Region".
- Modify the Formats:

- Change Decimal Symbol and List Separator:
