When NetSim is installed and initialized for the first time, you can decide where the default workspace is to be created. Usually, it gets created in the Documents folder. However, you can choose a different location as shown below:
Further, additional workspaces can be created to save the work done by students in a different drive. New workspaces can be created by going to Open Simulation,
Clicking on Workspace Options
and then on More Options
Here you can see a list of existing workspaces as shown below:
The New button can be used to create a new workspace in a user-defined location as shown below:
Whenever a new workspace is created it will automatically be set as the current workspace
Users can switch between workspaces using the Set as Current option.
Each student can have his own workspace if required. All work done by a student can be saved under his workspace. A workspace can also be exported and imported across systems.
